Finding Us

By Car

We're located just off the A556, approximately 10 minutes from junction 19 of the M6. Turn onto Willow Lane at the Meadowbrook roundabout and follow signs to the business park. We're in Unit 7, with dedicated parking directly outside.

Public Transport

The nearest railway station is Knutsford, about 2 miles away. The 88 bus runs hourly from the station to Meadowbrook, stopping at the business park entrance. From there, it's a 2-minute walk to our premises.

Parking

Free parking is available for clients directly in front of our unit. There's additional overflow parking at the rear of the business park if needed during busy periods.

About Our Facility

Purpose-Built Premises

Our facility was specifically designed for pet care, with climate control, soundproofing between areas, and separate zones for dogs, cats, and small animals.

Secure Outdoor Space

Over an acre of fully fenced outdoor exercise areas, including separate paddocks for different sized dogs and a covered area for wet weather.

Comfortable Accommodation

Individual kennels and suites with raised beds, fresh bedding daily, and natural light. Each animal has their own private space to relax.

Safety First

CCTV monitoring, secure entry systems, and trained staff on-site during all operating hours. Your pet's safety is our priority.

Frequently Asked Questions

Simply send us an email with your preferred dates and times, and we'll arrange a convenient slot for you to visit. Tours typically last around 20-30 minutes and give you a chance to see all areas and ask questions.

We'll need your pet's vaccination records, details of any dietary requirements or medications, emergency contact information, and your vet's contact details. For first-time boarders, we also request a short behavioural questionnaire.

While we understand the urge to check in, visits during boarding can sometimes unsettle pets who have just settled into a routine. We're happy to send regular updates and photos instead. If you have specific concerns, please discuss them with us.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. For boarding, we require a deposit at the time of booking with the balance due on collection. Grooming and daycare are payable on the day.

Yes, we work closely with Meadowbrook Veterinary Practice, located just 5 minutes from our facility. In an emergency, they provide priority treatment for our boarders. Of course, we can also contact your own vet if you prefer.

Staff members remain on-site until 10pm for evening checks and feeding, and return at 6am for morning routines. For genuine emergencies outside these hours, we have an emergency contact procedure in place.
