Full Dog Groom
Complete service including bath, blow-dry, brush-out, haircut (breed-appropriate or owner-specified), nail trim, ear cleaning, and finishing spray.
Bath and Tidy
Refreshing bath with quality shampoo, thorough blow-dry, brush-out, and tidy of face, feet, and sanitary areas. Ideal between full grooms.
Puppy Introduction
Gentle first grooming experience designed to familiarise puppies with the process. Includes bath, light trim, nail clip, and lots of positive reinforcement.
Cat Grooming
Specialised feline grooming including de-shedding treatment, mat removal, nail trim, and ear check. Handled with patience for even nervous cats.
Nail Trim Only
Quick nail trimming service available as a standalone appointment. Walk-ins welcome when schedule permits.
De-matting Treatment

Full Day Daycare
Drop-off from 7:30am, collection by 6:30pm. Includes supervised play sessions, rest periods, and a midday meal if required.
Half Day Daycare
Morning (7:30am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-6:30pm) sessions for pets who need shorter periods of care or socialisation.
Weekly Daycare Package
Book 5 full days per week at a reduced rate. Perfect for regular working schedules. Includes progress notes and behaviour observations.
Puppy Socialisation
Structured daycare programme for puppies aged 12 weeks to 8 months, focusing on appropriate social skills and basic manners.

How Our Grooming Process Works
Consultation
We discuss your preferences and assess your pet's coat condition, noting any sensitive areas or specific requirements.
Pre-Groom Prep
Initial brush-out to remove loose fur and identify any mats that need careful attention before bathing.
Bath and Dry
Thorough wash with appropriate shampoo for your pet's coat type, followed by careful drying.
Style and Finish
Haircut or trim as discussed, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and finishing touches to complete the groom.
Service Questions
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for regular periods and 4-6 weeks for school holidays and bank holiday weekends, as these times fill up quickly. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when space allows.
This depends on breed and coat type. Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. Double-coated breeds may need less frequent full grooms but regular brush-outs. We can recommend a schedule based on your dog's specific needs.
Most dogs enjoy daycare, but it's not ideal for every temperament. Dogs with severe anxiety, aggression issues, or those who find group environments stressful may be better suited to individual care. We conduct an assessment before accepting any dog into the daycare programme.
Our groomers are experienced with nervous and reluctant cats. We work slowly, use calming techniques, and never force a cat beyond their comfort level. In some cases, we may recommend splitting the groom into shorter sessions over multiple visits.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on boarding for additional pets from the same household staying at the same time. Grooming discounts of 15% apply when booking appointments for multiple pets on the same day.
